PARKERSBURG - They created a Parkersburg institution, and at last week’s annual Networking4Growth banquet and celebration at the Legend Trail Golf Course, Jim and Sue Zierath were honored as the Parkersburg Citizens of the Year.
The Zieraths built the Show and Shine car show from the ground up, and by the time they made the decision to retire as organizers at the end of 2019, it had become one of the biggest events of its kind in small town Iowa.
