As the Aplington-Parkersburg School District's new interim superintendent, Randy Strabala does not feel constrained by the "interim" tag – quite the opposite.
“It gives me freedom to recommend and do what is right without worrying about my political future,” Strabala said. “It gives me the opportunity to be frank, and to recommend what is right.”
