Sommer Stotler is not afraid to get her hands dirty.
Miss Parkersburg proved it last week as she carried out her many, varied, and sometimes muddy duties as Butler County Fair Queen.
Stotler could be seen everywhere at the fair, always with her nose to the grindstone. From attending and presenting awards at every 4-H stock competition to spreading wood chips and herding chickens in preparation for the children’s scrambles events, Stotler worked to carry out her many duties nobly and as a credit to her office.
