Mailing Payments

Utility payments can be mailed to:

To avoid late fees, adequate time should be allowed for payment processing. Responsibility for proof of payment rests with the payor. Do not mail cash.

Drop-Off Location

Payments may also be dropped into the drop box located on the east side of City Hall. Responsibility for proof of payment rests with the payor. Cash payments are discouraged.

To pay utility bills using a credit card over the phone, please call 1-888-604-7888. Please have your account number ready. To inquire about your bill, please contact City Hall at (319) 346-2262, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. -12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.

Online

Payments may be made online at www.govpaynow.com. You will need your account number to make a payment online.
