What is a Snow Emergency
A snow emergency is called by the Police Chief when one inch or more snow is predicted and continuing until the snow has ceased to fall and the snow has been removed or plowed from the street, alley, or parking area. The Police Chief notifies local television and will put a notice on the city Facebook page.
